Ways to Work Together

  • Ongoing support for stores that want consistency, clarity and stronger sales

This is my most comprehensive service and is designed for retailers who want their store to feel consistently structured, cohesive and easy to shop.

Monthly support begins with an in-depth walkthrough of your store, covering areas for improvement, your ideal and target customer, and commercial goals. From there, I deliver a complete monthly store refresh, including internal layout, visual flow, and window or front-of-store displays, supported by ongoing guidance as new stock arrives.

    Support includes:

    • Monthly full-store refresh

    • Fortnightly mini refreshes (in-store for metro, virtual for regional)

    • Visual guidance for new stock drops

    • Window, front display and feature updates

    • Sales and promotional re-merching

    • VM fundamentals (folding, hanging, size ranging, spacing)

    • Access to a shared workspace for upcoming stock and future concepts

The result is a store that feels calm, intentional and commercially strong all month long.

  • A one-time reset to bring clarity back into your space

Ideal for stores that feel visually cluttered or no longer reflective of their product or customer.

This service includes an initial walkthrough and planning discussion, followed by a complete one-time store refresh, covering layout, flow, internal merchandising and window or front-of-store displays.

You may also provide an upcoming stock list or new drop ahead of time, allowing the refresh to be styled with future product in mind.

Perfect for a visual reset without ongoing support.

  • Quarterly re-merching aligned to new stock, campaigns and sales periods

Designed for stores wanting a strategic, seasonal approach.

Each seasonal refresh begins with a planning session focused on your goals for the quarter, followed by a full-store re-merch (including window and front-of-store displays), aligned to new collections, promotions and key trading periods.

This ensures your store remains visually relevant, commercially focused and easy to shop throughout the season.

  • Set your store up with clarity from day one

This service supports new store openings with both strategic planning and hands-on styling.

We begin with a detailed discussion around your goals, target customer, product mix and store flow. I then guide merchandising zones, VM fundamentals (folding, hanging, size ranging, spacing), and complete the full in-store setup.

This service covers styling and merchandising only and does not include installation of fixtures, racks or shelving.

About The Retail Edit

The Retail Edit is a visual merchandising and store styling service built to help independent retailers create spaces that feel clear, intentional and easy to shop , while driving real commercial results.

My background spans large-scale retail environments, having worked across H&M in retail operations, sales and visual merchandising, and Forever New in stock and operations, with a strong focus on in-store presentation. These experiences shaped my understanding of how store layout, flow and visual hierarchy directly influence customer behaviour and sales performance.

Alongside my retail career, I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Organisational Studies), which gives me the tools to look at retail through a business and psychology lens - understanding not just how a store looks, but how customers move, decide and buy within it.

The Retail Edit exists because independent stores deserve the same level of thoughtful, high-quality visual merchandising as large retailers, tailored to their space, their product and their customers.

And quite simply, because I genuinely love it.
